Greggs Sausage Roll Instead of Jesus.

Greggs Sorry For Swapping Jesus For Sausage Roll In Nativity Scene

Greggs the bakers has apologised for swapping Jesus for a sausage roll in a Christmas Advert.

In Greggs’ advent calendar a few years ago, Greggs seems to have swapped Jesus for sausage roll. So now it looks like the three wise men are gathered around a pastry, instead on Jesus.

Greggs has apologised for posting this image, and they’ve said that it hadn’t planned to upset anyone.

On Twitter, some users have been quite annoyed and have said it is disrespectful to the Christian religion. It doesn’t seem that people are very happy with this image at all.

Greggs Christmas.

Some Twitter users have written:

“I’m glad Christians kicked off and Greggs apologised,”

“No other religion would stand for that nonsense.”

After looking at other sites, I have found out that Greggs is really sorry and that they didn’t intend to be disrespectful to the Christian religion. What do you think of this?
